Refund policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once an order is placed. All sales are final.

Exchanges are only allowed in case of defective or damaged items, subject to the following conditions:

  • A 360-degree unboxing video must be recorded from the moment you start opening the package.

  • The video must be clear, uncut, and complete, showing the full unpacking process.

  • You must report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with the video proof.

  • If verified, we will exchange the item with the same product. No changes in size, style, or color will be permitted.

  • No claims will be accepted without video proof or after the 24-hour window.
